Pamela Chinhoyi is a certified talent practitioner and competency mapper with 18 years of experience, 10 years being at executive and senior management levels. Growing up she faced challenges such as the loss of her parents at a young age, being an illegitimate child, growing up on the wrong side of town, relying on social welfare hence she struggled with self-esteem issues. Despite this, she managed to achieve remarkable success, becoming the youngest manager at a major mining institution. She also made history as the second and youngest female to join the presidium of the Catering Employers Association of Zimbabwe when she served as the Group Human Resources Manager for Cresta Hotels. She sits on 2 boards as a Non-Executive Director. Her experience cuts across the education, mining, hospitality, retail, consultancy and banking industries.

Proudly hailing from Mkoba, Gweru, Pamela holds a Master of Commerce degree in Strategy and Corporate Governance, a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, and diplomas in competency mapping and human resources development. She has also obtained certificates in talent management, digital marketing, and finance.
